The Recommended Daily Allowance, (RDA) for the vitamin E according to the "food law nutrition labelling regulation" and directive 2008 / 100 / EC of the commission from the 28th of October, 2008 amounts to 12 mg. Today the USP value (USP = United States Pharmacopaeia) is also given increasingly instead of the I.E. value, besides, the USP value corresponds precisely to the I.E. value.
Absolutely injuriously for the vitamin E is refining of Argan oil. Hence, only cold-pressed Argan oils shop. Because vitamin E reacts sensitively to light and oxygen, the Argan oil in dark and firmly close bottles keep.
