We declare to the best of our knowledge that our products meet the following requirements:
In addition, we declare that the raw material used in our factory plant do not pose any problem for halal/kosher certification, such as e.g. dairy derivatives, meat derivatives, fats, enzymes, grapes, gelatin, alcohol, wine etc.
At plant, there is also no use of steam return system or spray dryer.
It is our goal to contribute to environmental as well as climate protection by developing and using production methods, which are dedicated to these issues. Therefore, we use only natural raw materials from, if possible, controlled ecological cultivation. We also seek to solely use eco-friendly and energy-efficient production procedures as well as packaging and transportation systems. Our parcels are transported a way that produces lower emission, that way minimizing our environmental effects. All our products are marked with the Green Point.
Because of our participation in the dual system of the green point for recycling sales packaging, we provide far more than only the fulfilment of our obligations from the Packaging Ordinance. We contribute to climate protection and conservation of resources. In fact recycling is an important factor for reducing greenhouse gases and is a crucial contribution to climate protection.
We declare to the best of our knowledge that we do not use any plants to manufacture our products, which are protected by the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES). In some rare cases we use plants which are listed in CITES (e.g. prickly pear seeds). However, the plants we use are cultivated which means that the restrictions of CITES do not apply.
Our product range does not include any genetically manipulated products. We strictly reject the use of genetic engineering in agriculture as well as in the food industry, because this contradicts our self-understanding of healthy and fair food production. Our products are GMO free and therefore in accordance with Regulations (EC) No. 1829/2003 and No. 1830/2003. A labelling regarding presence of genetically modified organisms (GMO) is therefore not necessary.
